All our LED bulbs we sell have our 30 day exchange policy should they fail to operate with in 30 days of purchase and after 30 days and up to 12 months they may need to be returned to supplier for testing before exchange can be made.

Conditions of Sale.

PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING UK LEDs Direct WEBSITE.  BY USING UK LEDs Direct WEBSITE YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE CONDITIONS.

General

Orders are accepted and executed on the understanding that the Purchaser accepts these Conditions of Sale and should there be any inconsistency between the Purchaser's requirements and these Conditions of Sale, the Company's Conditions of Sale will apply.  Your existing statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.

Definitions

A]  The "Company" means UK LEDs Direct
B]  The "Purchaser" means the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods from the Company
C]  The "Goods" means all items that the Purchaser agrees to buy from the Company

Prices

Prices and discounts will be those ruling at the date of despatch.  The Company reserves the right to override any issued price lists unless orders are specifically acknowledged in writing by the Company.

Payment

Payment can be made through this website using all major credid cards via PAYPAL.  See www.paypal-business.co.uk for more information.

Delivery

All deliveries will be made within 2 working days for stocked items.

In the unlikely event the goods you have ordered are out of stock, we will advise you by email within a day of placing your order.

Next day, before 1pm is available for UK customers, Saturday morning deliveries can be arranged at an addional rate.  Please contactl us using the contact us form on the website to discuss your requirements.

Faulty or defective goods

If the Purchaser returns to the Company any goods, which is claimed to be faulty/defective and the Company agrees they are faulty/defective; the Company will replace the goods with an identical or simular type if possible.  The Company will, at it's descretion, refund the Purchaser with the purchase price providing the goods are returned in saleable/original condition within 1 month of the purchase date.  Before agreeing to a refund, the Purchaser must provide the Company with proof of purchase.

Return of goods

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us at admin@ukledsdirect.com to request an authorised returns number.

UK LEDs Direct as a responsible supplier will try and give you the best advise we can when you are making any purchase, therefore we request our customers to be aware that some of our products will require specialist LED power supplies to function correctly.  UK LEDs Direct will not be liable for faulty goods if this advise is ignored and the goods are wired with wrong power supplies.

Warranties

Manufacturers 12 month warranties apply, but the Company gives no warranty (expressed or implied) on the life or wear of the goods supplied.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strikes, lockouts or industrial action, difficulties in obtaining labour or parts, governmental or other restrictions or other events beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
