With the success of our shop Koiman's SuperStore on eBay we decided to open our own on line shop to offer customers the same quality products and service with more products at lower prices as we don't have their selling and listing fees.

Delivery details

Some of our products are imported direct from China to the UK, all orders are then shipped direct to you from the here in the UK this ensures you have no hidden importing duties to pay as we have already paid them.

General
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 11.00AM (UK time) on the same day, any order received after that time will be dispatched the next working day, should your order not be in stock to ship straight away we will contact you as soon as possible with expected dispatch date. The delivery charge for your order is worked out on the shopping basket page. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

LED Bulbs Wholesale or Bulk Buys.  Larger quantities of all our LED bulbs are available to purchase please contact us with required quantity for price quote and expected delivery time scale, this is normally between 7-15 working days depending on quantities required.

International delivery

We offer international shipping by International signed for or Air Sure (whichever is applicable to the destination country), this is a priority service from Royal Mail. The final delivery to the customer will be made by the countries national postage service, generally this takes around 3-5 days. This cost of delivery is generated dynamically by the checkout process.

Warranty details

All our LED bulbs we sell have our 30 day exchange policy so if you do not like your purchases you may return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange.  Should your LED bulbs fail to operate with in 12 months from the date of purchase simply contact us to arrange the return and we will replace them free of charge, please note some items may need to be returned to supplier for testing before exchange can be made.

You must contact us for a returns reference number to returning any items.

Latest technology including mobile phones & incar DVD players, etc are now available to purchase through our website!

We can offer you more products other than LED lighting from one of my suppliers Chinavasion Ltd  and we will import these just for you.

All products you can see on their website are available to buy through UKLEDsDirect, find something you like then send me an email of the product you would like to purchase and we will work out our price for you. If you are happy with this price let us know and we will send you an invoice for the product then when your payment is received we will purchase the item and have it delivered to the UK along with our own shipment of stock and other customer orders. Then we will send it over direct to you from the UK delivery time will be between 7 and 15 working days sometimes sooner I will keep you updated via email on the progress. This way we will be able to offer you a much lower price with our wholesalers discount and shipping costs shared than you would pay if you bought it direct from them.
Alternatively you can always buy it direct from them, however I must warn you shipping fees for single items is expensive and you may also have import custom duties to pay when you have received them often the courier will request this before you receive your goods.

Purchasing imported goods is perfectly safe all goods are supplied with warranties see each item for specifics however we do give a 30 day product exchange guarantee should the product become faulty within the 30 days, simply contact us should you need to use this. After 30 days your item may need to be returned to my supplier in China under the specific items warranty see each item on their website for details or contact me.
