GU10 Maxilux Ultra 7.5w LED Spot Light

Our latest design aiming to allow you to replace 50w Halogen lamps WITHOUT compromising on the light output.

With around 335 lumens of light output and a 30° lens you get a powerful yet usable light - for reference a standard halogen 50w GU10 provide around 350 lumens of light!

To reliably operate at these power levels, we have had the make the body of the lamp longer than a standard halogen though if you are using then in ceiling downlighters this is not a problem as they fit both open backed and firerated fittings - the diameter is exactly the same as a standard halogen lamp at 50mm.

Instant On - No waiting for the lamps to warm up - just switch on and they are at 100% brightness immediately. LED's are resistant to switching operations - they are quite happy being switched on and off repeatedly with NO reduction in lifetime rating.These are amongst the highest power GU10 retrofit LED's you can buy and with such a low power consumption they are perfectly suited to situations where lamps are on for long periods simply because the payback period will be shorter.

Reliable - You will see many low cost GU10 LED's however what you can't see is the quality of the internal components. Possible the most important thing are the components used internally to drive the LED -  we only use high quality Japanese capacitors for long term reliability which means we can offer a 3 YEAR WARRANTY.

Low cost of ownership - We know these lamps look expensive but as with so many things you get what you pay for - with MAXILUX ULTRA you get performance and reliability which is particularly important when the lamps are in awkward places and the bulbs are difficult to change.
